1. Mixing Ratio:

Mix 1 part hair color or bleach powder with 2 parts Welloxon Developer (9%) in a non-metallic bowl.

For coloring: apply from roots to ends.

For bleaching: start from mid-lengths to ends, then roots.

4. Processing Time:
